NETSTAT Report
For the Month of December 2009A presentation of the average time (in months) from the hearing request date until a hearing is held for claims pending in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review's hearing offices. Allows users to estimate the amount of time they may have to wait for a hearing to be held.

ALJ Disposition Data
FY 2010 (Through January 2010)A listing of hearings completion data by name of individual administrative law judges (ALJ) for all ALJs in ODAR. The data includes hearing office name, total dispositions, decisions, allowances, denials and fully favorable or partially favorable decisions.
NOTE: This report contains raw data from SSA’s Case Processing and Management System without regard to the amount of time Administrative Law Judges’ devote to actual adjudication. In other words, factors which would affect the number of dispositions (e.g., management/administrative responsibilities, special assignments, part-time status, union representational duties, retirements, deaths or extended leave, etc.) have not been taken into account.

By The Numbers
Data from the SSA shows that both the number of SSD claimants and Title II fee payments received have increased in each of the past ten years. Title II fee payments increased by almost $110 Million in 2010, reaching a record high of $1,428,892,065! Shouldn't your caseload be increasing as well?
